Pearl has extensive experience in corporate matters, including joint venture and other partnership arrangements, stock and asset sales, and corporate governance generally. She acts as "general outside counsel" for small businesses including by drafting, negotiating, and reviewing their material contracts such as MSAs, employment agreements, and leases. The scope of her practice extends to debtor/creditor rights, distressed situations, and preference defense work. She has also assisted in transactions involving the purchase and sale of commercial real property. Pearl was recognized as a Rising Star by New York Metro Super Lawyers® in 2025.

  • ​2016: Legal intern in the Student Honors Program with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Enforcement Bureau.
