Allison focuses her practice on real estate-related litigation. Appearing regularly in New York State trial and appellate courts, Allison advises clients on a wide range of matters, including commercial landlord-tenant disputes, adverse possession claims, lease negotiations, enforcement of guaranties, and real property casualty recovery. Allison also handles real estate and ancillary matters that are litigated in U.S. federal district and appellate courts and U.S. bankruptcy courts.
