Kate is a highly-experienced complex commercial litigator, with an expertise in financial services law. She represents public and private companies and their employees in litigation, arbitration, mediation, enforcement proceedings, and regulatory inquiries. Kate was previously the Managing Partner of a National Tier One law firm that was recognized as "Law Firm of the Year" in Securities Regulation by U.S. News-Best Lawyers for 2021 and 2022 and was selected by Best Lawyers as "Ones to Watch" for 2020 and 2021.
