Mendy negotiates and structures complex joint-venture and other partnership arrangements, having syndicated transactions in excess of $800 million. In addition, he regularly advises acquirers and targets in stock and asset sales, as well as companies in general corporate matters. Mendy also guides clients in high-stake “bet the company” situations. Mendy was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers® from 2021-2025.
