With a broad range of corporate experience, Dave acts as "outside general counsel" to companies at all stages, including assisting in business formation and corporate governance, fundraising, contract preparation, and mergers & acquisitions. Dave also has vast experience in debtor/creditor rights and distressed situations, including out-of-court restructurings, wind-downs, corporate bankruptcy, commercial foreclosure, non-consolidation matters, and preference/fraudulent transfer litigation.
