Patrick has over 20 years' experience representing individuals and companies in federal and state actions in all aspects of commercial litigation. From pleadings through trial, Patrick handles claims as varied as fraud, negligence, discrimination, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, copyright and trademark infringement and securities litigation. Beyond litigation, Patrick has extensive experience in reaching favorable settlement outcomes for his clients both through informal negotiations and more structured mediation, all in an effort to assist his clients in avoiding the time and expense litigation often requires. Patrick was selected for inclusion in New York Metro Super Lawyers® in 2023-2025.
