For more than three decades, Jason has been counseling and representing clients – from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies – on diverse legal issues and concerns, guiding them through transactional, operational, and compliance matters and advising them on business planning and execution. The core areas of his practice involve corporate and commercial transactions, securities and capital markets, finance and corporate structure, governance, and compliance.

Experience

For most of his career, Jason worked as a corporate lawyer at large New York firms, including Shea & Gould and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He also served for several years as general counsel of a luxury resort development and management company.
