Gabrielle has mediated a variety of commercial disputes and has experience mediating those involving breach of contract, unjust enrichment, fraud, real estate, licensing, construction, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. While she is flexible, Gabrielle’s preferred approach as a mediator is facilitative. She sees her role as a mediator as that of a third-party facilitator in a negotiation between the participants rather than a decision-maker or evaluator of the parties’ positions. Gabrielle brings a decade of commercial litigation experience to the mediation table, including as an advocate in several mediations. In addition to her own mediation experience, Gabrielle has shadowed over a dozen top mediators in New York and attends continuing education courses on commercial mediation on a regular basis.
