Derek is an associate in the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice group. He represents public and private company clients of all sizes in a variety of industries and in a broad range of transactions including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, investments, and other general corporate matters. Derek also has experience drafting ancillary acquisition agreements, corporate formation and organizational documents, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
