Daniel has litigated cases in many different areas of law, including commercial contracts, securities, employment discrimination, environmental, antitrust, and treaty. His industry experience is equally broad, ranging from medical devices to industrial materials, mortgage-backed securitization to magazine distribution, and consumer products to internet-based and other technologies.

He has represented clients before state and federal trial, intermediate appellate, and supreme courts, the leading public international law court, and in mediations and both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations. He has also counseled clients with a view to finding solutions that maximize their rights and advance their interests in potentially contentious circumstances.

During a decades-long career, Daniel has practiced as an associate and partner at large international law firms such as Debevoise & Plimpton and Dechert LLP, as well as at New York boutique firms.
