Experience

From 2006-2007, Menachem (Mendy) Bensinger was a law clerk for the Honorable Allan L. Gropper in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. In 2008, he was a Visiting Professor of Law at the College of Management School of Law in Rishon LeZion, Israel, where he taught U.S. Bankruptcy Law. From 2008-2010, he was associated with Ropes & Gray LLP’s Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization practice in New York, where he represented secured and unsecured lenders, debtors, and indenture trustees. He also represented individuals and small businesses in general corporate and litigation matters.
