• General bankruptcy counsel to debtors: (1) HydroGen, LLC, Terra Nostra Resources Corp., and PubliCARD, Inc., public companies that filed for bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York; (2) R. Esmerian, Inc., a wholesale dealer in precious stones and rare jewelry; and (3) Genco Importing Inc. d/b/a Manitoba’s (majority-owned by Steven Van Zandt) and Southampton Yen Restaurant Group, LLC, renowned New York bars/nightclubs.
  
• Counsel to the purchaser of a $30 million revenue dairy business out of bankruptcy in May 2011.
• Counsel to former Italian senator and film producer Vittorio Cecchi Gori, a creditor in a large Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
• Counsel to customers in MF Global Inc. and to creditors on the official committees of unsecured creditors in Hostess Brands, Inc., Chemtura Corporation, Mark IV Industries, Inc., and The Wilkes Bashford Company.
